Answer: When you have ordered an investigation the report will be delivered to "My Portfolio, my reports." Some countries also deliver the report to the e-mail that you posted in your User Profile. If you haven't received the report to you e-mail always check if it has been delivered to "My Reports".

Answer: When you have ordered a report for a company that we haven’t been able to locate you will be send a UTL-report. There you'll find the information that we have failed to locate the company and that you within 48 hours can supply us with further information about the company to continue the search.
Answer: You can order reports even if you are not one of our customers. The price is slighly higher than if you would have a business agreement with us.
Anwer: When you login to DBAI you can change your personal settings under "My Data", including changing the password.
